In my role as an HR and Professional Development Student Assistant, I support employee training and engagement initiatives across Campus Enterprises. Campus Enterprises is a major employer with almost 1500 employees, 1000 of which are students. My work includes managing training logistics, tracking participation, and assisting with internal communication processes.
